Like all training, making the training relevant, is significant for success. Working through situations relevant to the core ethical issues facing the people, is the only way to ensure ethics becomes part of the culture.
It goes without saying, that people should be aware of the organisation’s expectations and the consequences of non-compliance. The systems, documentation and processes should be clear on the application of ethics in the organisations with ethics training assisting people to understand the important of their role in ethics.
